Assistant Professor- Marketing

Dr. Rema Gopalan is an Assistant Professor in the department of Marketing at IFIM B-School, Bengaluru. She has attained Doctorate of Philosophy in Management (Marketing) on the topic “A Study on Service Quality Dimensions of Organized and Unorganized Retail Stores of Orissa”. She has qualified National Eligibility Test conducted by UGC. She has a flair for research in the areas of Service Quality, Multi-dimensional decision making, Consumer Behaviour, Machine Learning, Business Analytics and related areas of marketing. She has research publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals such as International Journal of Business Analytics, International Journal of Business Performance Management (Inderscience), Benchmarking: An International Journal (Emerald Insight), International Journal of Indian Culture and Business Management (Inderscience). Prior to joining IFIM B-School she has worked with reputed institutions like ICFAI-Bhubaneswar, IIPM-School of Management and Rourkela Institute of Management Studies-Rourkela.
