Prof. Navodita Mishra
Assistant Professor- Human Resources

Dr. Navodita Mishra has completed her doctoral thesis in Organizational Behaviour area from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, Chennai, India. Her doctoral thesis examined the role behavioural and social indicators of individual commitment in team sports. She is also a qualified organizational psychologist, psychometrician and counsellor. During her Ph.D. she has conducted Mental Toughness Training for U.P. and Karnataka Ranji Cricket Team. Have also conducted numerous training programs on behavioural aspects of management for companies like Tavant Technology, Cadbury, HCL, Infosys and Pizza Hut. She has presented papers in reputed international conferences and seminars like Corporate Communication International, New York, USA and contributed research papers in an International (ABDC Ranked) journals in the area of OB and Sports Management. She has also been the nominee for ‘Best Dissertation Award’ during NAOP’s Annual Convention in 2016. She has also taken few research methodology training sessions for faculty researchers at various academic institutes organized by Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR). She has taught various courses in areas of her academic interest, which include Organizational Behaviour & Design, Strategic HRM, Learning & Development, Managing Teams at Work, Entrepreneurship, Leadership & Communication Human Capital Management, Psychological Testing and Business research methodology.
